that’s a good one. nothing broke I hope but do you think maybe you might need a cast or support anyway? my husband did that when he thought he was still young and tried hang gliding. ending getting a cast for 4 weeks due to ligament damage after some of the swelling went down. good luck and will say some prayers for you.
